Bookings & Appointments

All bookings must be made in advance, either online, via phone, or in person.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing & Payments

Prices are provided based on the initial diagnosis and may vary if additional work is required.

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
Warranty & Liability

We offer a limited warranty on certain repairs and parts (details provided upon service completion).

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or subsequent repairs by third parties.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Refunds are only available if a service has not yet been provided.
